Marinterviews

MARINTERVIEWS, a non-profit video podcast profiling people and non-profits making a difference in Marin County.

I thought the three classes were absolutely great. The information was explained in a way that was accessible. I also liked the progression of the classes. Richard did an excellent job!

Barbara Ball, MarinLink University attendee

MarinLink was there for us when we needed someone to help us to the next step of our evolution! They made it easy to start and have been helping us all along the way! Thank you!

Shannon Leach, JAM Circles

The topics were explained clearly. I really appreciate Rich’s pacing and clear understandable language.

Amanda Meecham, MarinLink University attendee

MarinLink has been a valued partner to Cruisin’ with Susan for almost nine years. I feel confident knowing they are here to guide me through my fundraising efforts. They understand our needs and help us to grow our non-profit in a meaningful way.

Susan Weber Pomillia, “Cruisin with Susan”

MarinLink has enabled me to bring my dream project to life! I am so grateful for the support and enthusiasm I have received from all of the staff. Thank you!

Julie Schiffman, Home Base

MarinLink has been a great support for us as a small business, allowing us to be able to receive donations, thus furthering the impact the CERT program can have in Marin.

Maggie Lang, Community Emergency Response Team

I appreciate the opportunity that MarinLink provides to the community and myself to help launch the
Tree Monkey Project. It is a great resource and I recommend it to anyone thinking of starting their own
nonprofit.

James Reed, Tree Monkey Project

The support we have received from MarinLink has allowed us to develop a clear vision of our mission, program, and overall organizational goals with a clear strategic plan to reach those goals.

Michael Evans, Ubiquity Youth Alliance

Without MarinLink we would not have a productive, well advised program to help address the number of depressed and suicidal survivors of military sexual trauma which we continue to serve.

Elizabeth Stinson, “Trauma Assessment Project”

MarinLink has been a major blessing not just to my project, but to so many other wonderful community based organizations and projects under their larger non-profit 501c3 fiscal umbrella. Without MarinLink, I truly don’t know how I would have been able to get my project underway. They have also been wonderfully instrumental in educating me about the various ins and outs of establishing and running a successful non-profit through their MarinLink University program. If you have a passion and a dream to contribute to your community in a purposeful and meaningful way, MarinLink is there to help!

Leslie Lakes, “Prison Arts Touching Hearts” P.A.T.H.

Cash Flow and Annual Planning gave us a framework to keep ourselves on track. It’s harder to do the nitty gritty accounting and budgeting than it is to research fundraising or dream up a strategic plan. I enjoyed the topics, group discussions and realistic view of what to expect from grants.
